Kitchen Iroko work tops in, deep sink and two ring burner fitted. Over head unit doors painted and fitted. Starting to come together. Two more days painting and fitting and this van will almost be complete. Just electrics and plumbing to be done 👌
Update on works to the Mercedes sprinter lwb we are converting. Over cab storage shelve in with access window to the front, full length overhead storage started to the drivers side of the van and kitchen units almost complete.
Furniture painting started in the Mercedes sprinter
Few alterations made to the seating area to maximise sleeping room, seating area behind drivers seat almost complete and high level unit carcass' ready for doows to be made.

Painting almost complete on the Lwb sprinter we are working on and main lighting run in. Flooring and furniture building next.

320w Solar panel fitted to Rhino roof rack and wires dropped into the van.

Ceiling celtox fitted, more insulation in the walls (still more to go).
Cladding ready to start fitting later this week after the solar panel is in and cables dropped.
Wall and ceiling battening completed today on a customers Mercedes sprinter lwb van.
Most of the insulation in the walls of the van in the awkward areas.
Maxx fans fitted today, leaving enough room between fans for a large solar panel.
Floor battened out, celotex fitted between battens. All sealed up with foil tape.
New wbp ply floor layed, fixed into the battens with an over hung area in the sliding door step to allow more space for the kitchen 🚐
Work has been started today on a customers lwb Mercedes sprinter.
The van has been stripped out, rust cleaned out and treated on the floor, with sound deadening mats fitted to walls and ceiling.
Fan holes cut out of the ceiling, exposed metal treated.
Small side vent windows cut out and fitted to each side of the van.
